As of April 16, 2026, we are out of business.
Financially, it is no longer viable, to keep our catalogue in all digital stores. We will keep some tracks available on Bandcamp and Soundcloud, but we will remove all our music from the Majors.
We will not be available via social networks. If you have any questions, please email us at: info [at] gatarecords [dot] com.
Thanks to all those who have listened to us and those who have been part of this project. And the artists! Of course, without them, this would not have been possible.

Our History
Gata Records was born in 2006. Created, curated and directed by Andrés Duhart, and a series of partners and collaborators who appeared and disappeared depending on the time and context. Among others, we salute Simón Guerra, Francisco Pavez, Jorge Pereira, Domenech Bassols, Roen Søgaard and Edin Erskine.
For almost 18 years (albeit inconsistently), we published nu-disco, electro, techno, house, weird pop, and experimental electronica. Almost always, with a pop touch.
